We want your Leyna C. pieces to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Unless otherwise noted, all orders (excluding preorders and custom pieces) are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You'll be charged at the time your order is placed, and you'll receive an email confirmation right away. Once your order ships, we'll send you another email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. 📦
Delivery
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days though you might get lucky and receive yours sooner! If you have multiple items in one order, they may ship separately, but don't worry. You won't be charged any extra shipping fees.
Shipping Address
Please double check that your shipping and contact information is correct before placing your order. Leyna C. is not responsible for lost shipments due to an incorrect address. Once a package is marked as delivered, it is out of our hands. You'll need to contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@leynac.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1 to 2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's done! 🎉
