Refund Policy

Refunds:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Which is why we offer a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with the original packing slip and price tags attached, within 30 days. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@leynac.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We cannot refund original or return shipping charges.

We will notify you once we have received your return. Once your return is accepted and approved we will issue you a refund on your original method of payment. We try to make this process as smooth as possible. Please email us at info@leynac.com with any questions or concerns.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can be processed for the same item/color in a different size. You can also request an exchange for another product with the same price.

 

Leyna C does not cover lost or stolen packages, or items delivered to an incorrect address, due to customer error. We also do not offer refunds for item that have a "delivered" status. By making a purchase you agree to these terms.
